Install SideSync onto a PC & mobile device, and then connect two devices through USB data cable or Wi-Fi. Simply connecting the PC & mobile, you can conveniently use various features of SideSync. For a PC, click the download button to install it. For a mobile device, install it. First, connect your phone to a PC with a USB cable that can transfer files. Turn your phone on and unlock it. Your PC can't find the device if the device is locked. On your PC, select the Start button and then select Photos to open the Photos app. Select Import From a USB device, then follow the instructions. You can pick the items you want.

Configure CompanionLink on your PC Advanced image editor online.
- Run CompanionLink from your desktop or start menu and click Settings.
- On the left, select your PC or Web Database.
- On the right, select Android.
- In the second box, select your sync method as USB.

- Open DejaOffice, then tap Setup Wizard and follow the prompts. Ensure that you select Direct USB (Mass Storage Mode) as your sync method.

How to sync
- Ensure CompanionLink is running on your PC.
- Connect your Android device to your computer with the USB cable. NOTE: Make sure your device is in Media/File Transfer mode (MTP).
- Open DejaOffice from your Android device, and tap Sync.
- CompanionLink will begin the synchronization process on the PC automatically. When prompted, tap OK on the device to complete the synchronization.
- NOTE: If you are unable to synchronize, please review our Troubleshooting Guide.
